Registration

There is no registration fee.

The preferred registration deadline is April 1, 2025. We encourage participants to register sooner. Those asking for lodging and travel support must make a request by April 1 in order to meet our reservation deadline with the hotel.

The conference will provide a lunch and dinner on Saturday.  A continental breakfast is available at the hotel.  Refreshments will be provided at the conference.

Registration Deadlines

  • Request for lodging and travel support must be submitted on registration form by April 1.
  • Request to give a poster session must be submitted on registration form by April 1.
  • All abstracts must be submitted by April 1.

Lodging and Travel Support

Lodging and travel will be provided for the invited speakers and selected graduate students, postdocs, and young faculty. See the Lodging and Travel Support section for more details. Requests for support should be made on the registration form.
