Poster Session

The Poster Session will be held Saturday evening at 4:30 pm at the Jayhawk Welcome Center on campus. We encourage graduate students and early career faculty to present a poster.  A dinner will be held after the poster session.  All conference participants are welcome to attend the poster session and dinner.

You will be provided a 36"H x 48"W foam display board and push pins. Posters should be displayed by 4:30 pm. One poster per individual. You must be present for the Poster Session from 4:30-5:30 pm. Any posters left after the conference will be disposed of.

You can make a request to present a poster on the registration form.  Please do so by April 1.
